St Jarlath's Are Flexing Their Muscles In Preparation For The New Term.

'Stretch and Tone' has started back in St Jarlath's after its roaring success last year. Pupils in classes five through to seven have been preparing their bodies physically and mentally for the day ahead by engaging in their daily ten minutes of 'Stretch and Tone'. Reports have indicated that they feel alert and ready to begin learning after their morning routine of movement. As well as preparing the pupils for learning in school, stretch and tone is developing their fundamental range of movement, allowing them to participate in a healthy lifestyle.
