Relax Kids with Mrs Mellon

Mrs Mellon has been visiting each of the classes to do Relax Kids. During the sessions, the children learned about wellbeing and how they can keep themselves healthy and happy. Relax Kids follows a fun 7 step programme. It complements the theory of the already established PATHS programme with practical steps to support wellbeing.
