P6 visit Tescos for some healthy eating tips!

This week the P6 class visited Tescos to learn about healthy eating. Pupils were given the opportunity to compare a range of food groups, investigating which foods were healthly and which were not. Pupils also tried a variety of healthy foods like sunflower seeds, prunes, fresh vegetables and pita bread. Pupils made their own muesli that they took home with them to try for breakfast. A great day had by all the pupils!
