On Tuesday 28th April, the primary five class visited Parkanaur to study minibeasts and their habitats, along with pupils from Derryhale Primary School, in Portadown. Despite the cold weather, the rain stayed off and the pupils enjoyed a variety of activities outdoors. These included pond dipping, a river study and a minibeast hunt. A great time was had by one and all and the boys and girls made new friends as well, which was an added bonus to the day out!
