P.3 Are Cold As Ice

In World Around Us, as part of our winter topic, children were investigating ice eggs and the properties of ice. They were encouraged to look at the ice eggs using magnifying glasses, time how long they could hold the ice eggs using a timer and explore what happened when they added salt. The children were fascinated by the results.
