P1 are learning all about Spring!

As part of their 'Spring' topic, P1have been learning all about how plants grow. Aoibhínn's Mummy came in to show us how to plant sunflower seeds and daffodil bulbs! Thank you to Mrs Strain for helping us with this and for bringing in beautiful daffodils for the children to take home!

P1 also tasted some delicious vegetables and learned about the parts of a plant at the same time!

We also put on a 'Spring' Assembly which lots of our parents came to watch.
