As we get ready to celebrate Our Lady during the month of October all pupils are encouraged to bring a pair of Rosary beads to school from next Monday. As a whole school we will gather together to pray a decade of the Rosary each morning.
We encourage all families to pray a decade of the Rosary at home each evening. We have all been reminded of the "Domestic Church" the Church that meets every time a family stands or kneels down or sits down to pray together. An important vocation of being a parent is handing on the faith to our children.
During this month of October let us pray for our families, our loved ones and all who are struggling with life at this time.
St Teresa of Calcutta once said:
"Cling to the Rosary as the creeper clings to the tree - for without Our Lady we cannot stand."
