Mindful Art Afterschool Club

Today we had our first ‘Mindful Art’ afterschool club. We began with some mindful breathing and relaxing music to get us all ready for our first activity. Pupils were introduced to the technique of ‘quilling’ which is a paper based craft activity used to create different patterns and designs. Look at some of our first attempts! We will try to improve our technique over the next few weeks to create a collaborative piece of art.
