Dairy Council visit P5 and 6

This morning the Dairy Council N.I. visited the boys and girls in Primary 5 and 6. They talked about the importance of healthy eating and exercise. They explained that it was important to "get the balance right" between these two. The children had great fun learning about the different food groups and the various ways in which we can exercise. They even participated in a healthy living "rap" with actions! A great time was had by all!
