GAA in my school

GAA in my school,

It’s really fun; there is a lot to do.

I don’t really like to play in back,

All I want to do is attack!

I play camogie in my school,

I love to play, it’s really cool.

I run and tackle the ball on the floor,

I swing, I strike, I love to score.

GAA has been around for over one hundred years,

Yet we always get excited as each season nears.

New balls, new sticks, new kit and gear,

There’s nowhere I’d rather be than just right here.

Football, camogie, we’re all together,

Teamwork makes everyone better.

Exercise and fitness of these there is no doubt,

But friendship is what it is all about.
