WAU Trip to the Argory

Primary 5 visited the Argory today to learn about life as a servant in the "Big House". They were introduced to Mrs. Hill, the House keeper, Miss Mc Call the lady's maid and Phoebe, the gardener. They were told of the different jobs these people had to do and were taken on a guided tour of the building. They planted seeds, walked around the grounds, examined various artefacts in the house and after lunch, applied for a job themselves! A great day was had by all!
