This morning the Primary 5 class presented their assembly on nursing. Tomorrow, 12th May, is International Nurses Day, so it was an opportunity to explore the history of nursing. The pupils presented the story of the lives of two famous nurses - Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole, who both looked after the injured and sick soldiers during the Crimean War. There was a question and answer session afterwards.
