How can I access the outcome of my application?

If you applied online you will be able to view the outcome in the Citizen Portal which will be open from 10.00am on 28 April 2021.  The outcome will not be available until this date.

Your login details will be the email address and password you had registered with to apply online.

If you have forgotten your password, the Citizen Portal is currently open, but ONLY to check your login details, if you need to.   Click ‘Forgotten Password’ option on the Portal.

If you have remembered your login details you do not need to login until 28 April.

If you applied by paper application you will receive a letter by post on 28 April.
